This #RealEstateRealTalk we’re talking about  New Years Resolutions & what you need to do to sell your home successfully in 2021 

Here are some easy tips: 

1. Find yourself a great Realtor. ⭐️ Don’t be afraid to do a lot of research. Read reviews, schedule Zoom meetings/ interviews, watch their social media and make sure you find someone amazing. You need someone who knows the market, will provide you with the attention you deserve and will make your home the most attractive one on the market. 

2. This is the time to get your house in order. It’s not the nicest of weather, so it’s nice to get your home ready to go now instead of beautiful spring time.  Make sure you get rid of clutter, junk and make a list of all of the repairs to be made.  

3. Lock in amazing rates!! Speak to a mortgage broker and make sure they have you organized and ready to go. 

4. Make sure you narrow down the community you would like to go to next. It’s a lot easier to move when you narrow down everything to specifics.
